  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter (16 g)

Method

  1. Wash the apple under running water, then place it on a stable cutting board.
  2. Cut it into wedges and remove the core and seeds.
  3. Spoon the peanut butter onto a plate or spread it over the apple wedges.
